“Having Sinead work with my class was a valuable experience for all. She created a calm and welcoming environment for all of the children. She gave the children practical mindfulness exercises that they could use themselves without needing the assistance of an adult. She also gave me some of these same exercises and tools that I could implement in the classroom for then the children needed a break. The children looked forward to their sessions with Sinead every week and many of them had stories of how they had used what they had learned in her sessions in their own lives outside of school. Sinead was very helpful in encouraging the children to get their 'monkey minds' to stop jumping around and settle in the here and now."
